Kerala Women will take on Railways Women in the 69th match of the Women’s Senior One-Day Trophy on Thursday. Both teams are unbeaten so far in this tournament having won all their 4 matches and this should be an extremely closely fought match with plenty of match-winners in both these sides.
Kerala won their previous match against Mizoram by 7 wickets and with 41 overs to spare. They were clinical with the ball as they bundled out Mizoram for just 60 runs on the back of a 4-wicket haul from Keerthy James. In reply, the batters took just 9 overs to chase down the target. On the other hand, Railways Women beat Saurashtra by 8 wickets. They restricted Saurashtra to a modest total of 113 and then chased it down with no real fuss. Both these teams will be keen to put up another good performance.
