‘I’ll tear your f***ing head off’: Retired UFC star Michael Bisping unleashes fury at Logan Paul after the YouTuber said he would beat him in a fight and claims he would be ‘arrested for MANSLAUGHTER’ if the pair faced off
- Former UFC fighter Michael Bisping has unloaded at YouTuber Logan Paul
- Paul claimed he would beat the ex-middleweight champion if the pair fought
- Bisping took exception to his comments, saying he would ‘tear his head off’
- The retired star went further, claiming he would be ‘arrested for manslaughter’
Bisping has been retired since 2018 after a 14-year career that saw him become middleweight champion – with his last two bouts coming in defeats to Georges St-Pierre and Kelvin Gastelum in 2017.
However, he threatened to get back in the Octagon after being angered by Paul’s bullish claims while speaking to comedian Bobby Lee.
Former UFC star Michael Bisping (L) chillingly said he would be ‘arrested for manslaughter’ if he ever fought YouTuber Logan Paul (R)
Paul – who faced Floyd Mayweather (R) in 2021 – angered Bisping by claiming he would beat him if they faced off
‘Bobby Lee is throwing names at Logan Paul and [asking] whether or not he’d beat them in a fight and he said, ‘Yeah, I’d beat Michael Bisping, he’s old,’ he said on his Believe You Me podcast.
‘Logan Paul, man, you don’t know what you are talking about. I am not going to sit here and act hard and tough. But the path that we have been on and the path that you have been on… It is a different path.
‘You don’t want to be f***ing locked down a dark alley with me. I will tear your f***ing head off, Logan. I will be arrested for manslaughter.’
Paul has been making a name for himself during a handful of fights – both professional and exhibition – since 2018, with the 27-year-old twice losing to fellow YouTuber KSI before facing off against Floyd Mayweather in 2021.
Bisping was a middleweight champion in the UFC before retiring from the Octagon in 2018
Despite coming up against one of the greatest fighters off all time who finished his career unbeaten, Paul – the brother of Jake, who is also a boxer, came through the bout relatively unscathed and has been plotting his next big opponent.
His comments about Bisping come less than a year after he warned his brother Jake off from fighting the British fighter, saying he was ‘silly’ to call him out.
‘I thought that was silly,’ Logan told the Impaulsive podcast. ‘I would have advised Jake to not do that. Just a waste of time.’
Bisping was forced to retire after having problems with his eye following his defeat to Gastelum – and has since been working as a TV pundit for UFC fights.
